咖啡蓝莓卷

A 蛋黄4个、糖20g、盐3g、牛奶30ml、色拉油50ml、低粉90g、玉米粉10g、速溶咖啡粉10g、热水50g
B 蛋白4个、糖50g
做法:
1. 蛋白打至粗泡加糖打到中性发泡
2. 速溶咖啡粉加热水化开
3. 蛋黄、牛奶、色拉油、糖、咖啡液一起拌匀
4. 将低粉玉米粉放入蛋黄糊中拌匀
5. 取1/3蛋白霜入蛋黄糊中拌匀,将拌匀低蛋黄糊倒入剩余的蛋白霜中再次拌匀
6. 烤箱预热150°,烘烤时间20分钟
7. 出炉反扣,涂上蓝莓酱卷起待凉后切片即可
