健康无油卜卜脆——卷心酥
材料:糖粉90g,蛋白2个,蛋黄1个,即溶咖啡粉3g,牛奶50g,低筋面粉100g
做法:
1.糖粉過篩後,加入蛋白、蛋黃攪拌均勻。
2.將即溶咖啡粉和牛奶混勻後,倒入作法1的材料中,再加入過篩的低筋麵粉一起攪拌均勻,即為麵糊。
3.烤盤上鋪烤盤布,將作法2的麵糊放入擠花袋中,擠出約直徑2~3公分的圓形狀在烤盤上並抹平,約可擠30份,然後放入烤箱上層,以180℃約烤8分鐘後取出,並趁熱捲起即可。
