2. What does this promotion offer?
This promotion offers 24 hours of free talk time for Local and National calls within TM Fixed Line network.
3. What are the eligible calls during this promotion?
Only Local and National calls from TM Homeline to TM Fixed Line (Homeline / Business Line) are eligible during this promotion.
4. When and how long is this promotion?
This promotion is offered on NEW YEAR 2009, 1st January 2009, from12.00 AM – 11.59 PM of the same day (0000 hours to 2359 hours) and is aONE day offer only.
5. Who is entitled for this promotion?
All TM Homeline residential (Class code K - Kediaman) customers with orwithout call plans, CDMA,Rill, WiLL, Centrex Homeline customers areENTITLED for the New Year Free Calls.
6. Who are NOT entitled for this promotion?
All TM Business customers.
7. What happens during the promotion?
During the promotion period, all Local and National calls made from TMHomeline to TM Fixed Line subscribers (homeline/businessline) withinthe TM network will be free of charge.
8. What will appear in my monthly bill if I make calls during this promotion?
Your bill will display the total of your Local and National free callsavings during the New Year 2009 promotion under ‘Tahniah’ section.
9. Do I need to subscribe to be eligible for this promotion?
No subscription is needed for this promotion.
10. Why does TM conduct this promotion?
It is our way to say thank you to our valued customers during New Year2009 celebration and to help you keep in touch with family and friendsusing superior PSTN quality.
11. What happens after the promotion?
All Local and National calls made after the promotion period will be charged at normal rates.
12. Are calls to Singapore, Brunei and Thailand included in this promotion?
No. Calls to Singapore, Brunei and Thailand are treated asinternational calls. Only calls within TM Network in Malaysia willenjoy this promotion.
13. Will there be any similar promotions in the future by TM?
