出现RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal System DLL Relocation 的解决方法

如果系统出现"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not
run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL
C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an adress range reserved for Windows
system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."





这个错误是由操作系统引起的，Microsoft已经针对这个问题发行了一个补丁程序。
