香橙吉列猪扒

猪扒肉,市场猪肉档有卖.鸡蛋,2个,甜橙2个,面包糠,盐,油,糖,酱油,料酒适量.先将猪扒肉切成0.3CM厚的片,用盐油糖,酱油,料酒适量奄制2小时入味.然后点上鸡蛋液拈上面包糠下油锅炸熟.香橙炸成橙汁加点糖调成汁.
